Responsibilities
- Create ADAS solution concepts and lane-level intelligence offerings.
- Define road attribute extraction workflows and build proofs of value around HD maps and autonomous driving support.
- Support RFPs, strategic pursuits, solution consulting, and pre-sales activities.
- Conduct automotive and ADAS demonstrations, workshops, and client presentations.
- Create reusable solution collateral and presentation content.
- Collaborate with GIS analysts and delivery teams on HD map demos, road network analysis, mobility datasets, and AI annotation or validation demos.
- Track ADAS mapping industry trends and develop new solution concepts.
- Manage account strategy, delivery governance, contract compliance, service-level performance, audits, risks, escalations, invoicing, budgets, and key account metrics.
- Plan and optimize resource allocation, workforce fulfillment, team retention, training, and delivery productivity.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery leaders to ensure quality, margins, timelines, and customer goals are met.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Experience with ADAS mapping, HD maps, lane-level data, road attribute extraction, automotive mapping, AI annotation or validation, geospatial data operations, solution consulting, pre-sales, or proposal support.
- Understanding of ADAS, HD maps, lane-level intelligence, road attribute extraction workflows, and autonomous-driving support use cases.
- Ability to build proofs of value and solution concepts, support strategic pursuits and RFPs, and conduct automotive or ADAS demonstrations.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems and collaboration with GIS and delivery teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for global client interaction.
- Ability to manage account governance, contract compliance, delivery metrics, budgets, invoicing, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
