Responsibilities
- Research, test, validate, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Manage AWS infrastructure with the AWS Console and Ansible.
- Perform technical analysis of Windows operating systems and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain automation and tooling using PowerShell, Python, YAML, and React.
- Support critical infrastructure issues across cloud and on-premise devices.
- Maintain Mercury security hardware and CCTV systems.
- Lead automation, process improvement, and ambiguous technical projects.
- Implement AWS services and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Use Git and Amazon internal development tools and code pipelines.
- Create technical documentation and collaborate with Operations and internal Amazon teams on complex issues.
Requirements
- Experience automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and strong understanding of Windows operating systems and infrastructure.
- Understanding of version control, debugging, and code structure.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and systems.
- Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.
- Preferred: familiarity with Ansible, YAML, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
