Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-sales discovery, document business and technical requirements, and help translate proposed solutions into Scopes of Work.
- Estimate implementation effort and identify delivery skills in partnership with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
- Capture business needs, define requirements, and map current- and future-state business processes with clients and stakeholders.
- Design, configure, test, document, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities and best practices.
- Own assigned implementation workstreams as a hands-on builder while collaborating with architects, project managers, analysts, and developers.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, project kickoffs, demonstrations, and client status discussions.
- Build and maintain automation, data models, security and sharing configurations, reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce components.
- Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance.
- Create solution documentation, provide end-user training, and support deliverables through deployment and post-launch.
- Manage multiple project workstreams while meeting quality and timeline expectations and logging time daily for client and project reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce certifications or specializations beyond the core platform are required.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification and at least 4 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform are required.
- Demonstrated hands-on competency configuring and building Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Recent experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.
- Experience providing business, operational, and technical consulting and translating stakeholder requirements into workable platform solutions.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce Flow, Agentforce, Data360, security and sharing, data modeling, reports and dashboards, integrations, and data migration.
- Strong written and verbal communication, independent and collaborative working ability, and the ability to guide less-experienced team members are required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate with clients and prospects at different organizational levels.
