Base Salary
$95k - $119k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of common customer integrations, including purchase orders, bookings, shipment notifications, shipment milestones, and freight invoices.
- Gather functional requirements and own requirements design, functional testing, and operational-impact deliverables for complex integration projects.
- Use AI-assisted tools for integration testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Global Operations, Solutions Engineering, Product, Client Solutions, and Account Executives on integration delivery and adoption.
- Create business objects and facilitate User Acceptance Testing across customers and internal end users before integration go-live.
- Assist with triage and diagnosis of integration issues and aggregate customer feedback for product and feature improvements.
- Support integration-related customer requests during the pre-sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Ability to drive integrations between Flexport, customers, and ERP, TMS, WMS, or other business systems.
- Familiarity with FTP, SFTP, AS2, JSON, XML, and delimited file formats.
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools for code or data troubleshooting, documentation, or workflow automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, provide project leadership, and operate proactively and independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Preferred experience with EDI X12, EDIFACT, APIs, data analytics, data manipulation, system integrations, supply-chain, logistics, or operations.

- US base salary range of $95,040–$118,800, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
