Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and implement reusable UI framework components to support rapid feature development.
- Develop complete frontend functionality from broad requirements, including edge cases and error states.
- Collaborate with design and technical leads to implement detailed designs.
- Provide technical direction and mentoring to developers, including one-on-one coaching.
- Work with UI/UX designers and product managers to meet customer requirements.
- Develop platforms supporting data investigation, real-time collaboration, planning, coordination, summarization, and visualization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 7+ years of practical software engineering experience, or comparable experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience with component-based frameworks such as Vue, Ember, React, and/or Angular.
- 4+ years of experience developing responsive web applications.
- 2+ years of experience as a tech lead for an agile development team.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with AI coding tools, Webpack or Vite, Git, and Jira or similar tooling.
- Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of managerial experience, 2+ years of API development experience, TypeScript proficiency, Python and/or Java experience, AWS or DevOps infrastructure experience, simultaneous-content-editing features, and familiarity with SQL and databases.
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a government security clearance up to TS/SCI.
