Responsibilities
- Build, customize, develop, and support solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and internal systems to automate business processes.
- Develop Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, OmniScript, and Flex Cards.
- Write and execute automated test classes to verify solutions.
- Collaborate with, mentor, and guide other engineers.
- Document and analyze processes and procedures and maintain properly documented code.
- Create and maintain a code repository supporting seamless deployments.
- Solve business problems from inception through implementation with limited direction.
- Stay current with Salesforce trends and releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus five years of relevant experience; or a master's degree in one of these fields plus three years of relevant experience.
- At least two years of experience with Force.com Apex, classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, OmniScript, Flex Cards, JavaScript ES6, and ReactJS.
- At least two years of software development experience.
- At least two years of experience designing and developing large-scale technology solutions involving Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- At least two years of experience with Salesforce SOQL, SOSL, the Salesforce security model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, and Force.com product offerings.
- At least two years of experience designing Salesforce Lightning UI and user-based security models.
- At least one year of experience with object-oriented design patterns, database concepts and data modeling, application architecture, and identifying platform risks and dependencies.
