Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance targeting applications supporting an Intelligence Community client.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software applications.
- Develop full-stack software solutions, backend applications, and APIs.
- Improve application performance, scalability, and distributed processing capabilities.
- Deploy applications in cloud-based and virtualized environments.
- Gather, analyze, and document application requirements with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and end users to resolve technical obstacles.
- Track and maintain technical data for analytical and troubleshooting activities.
- Share technical knowledge and participate in ongoing development and training activities.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph is required, preferably from the client.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline and at least 6 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree and at least 8 years; or no degree and at least 10 years.
- At least 2 years of full-stack software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience developing applications with Node.js.
- At least 2 years of backend and API development experience.
- At least 1 year of experience deploying applications in cloud-based or virtualized environments such as AWS, Azure, VMware, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- At least 2 years of experience gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements.
- At least 2 years of experience developing applications in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: understanding of MPLS, Ethernet VLANs, and Internet Service Provider networking technologies.
- Preferred: knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, Angular, or React.
- Preferred: prior experience serving as a Scrum Master.
