SFDC Senior Developer, IT Solutions

- Design, develop, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Serve as the technical developer for Salesforce projects and enhancements while following enterprise architecture, security, governance, and development standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and global stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Drive Agile delivery, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, solution reviews, release planning, and technical estimations.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide leadership during critical incident resolution.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, training, and knowledge transfer to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and solution delivery.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and integration patterns, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Git-based source control, CI/CD deployment methodologies, Agile/Scrum environments, Salesforce security and governance, and cross-functional global collaboration.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Administrator, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications; experience with Copado, Gearset, GitHub, JIRA, BitBucket, ServiceNow, ERP integrations, SAS-based applications, Salesforce AI capabilities, and regulated industries.
