Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and performant Martech Content Platform systems.
- Design and implement technical solutions from initial development through live production delivery.
- Lead the technical delivery of a small team of developers from solution design through completion.
- Own solution design governance, code-quality standards, work estimation, and solution documentation.
- Act as a point of escalation for the team during and outside office hours.
- Mentor and coach developers while distributing technical knowledge across the team.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and accurately reflect estimated effort.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Kafka, Google Spanner, Golang, SQL, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript, or similar alternative technologies.
- Proven experience guiding development teams through technical projects from delivery to successful completion.
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- A proven record of accomplishment in high-availability, multi-browser-compatible development.
- Experience working with high-availability, multi-user, and service-based systems.
