Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support the business-critical Verification platform.
- Lead the delivery of scalable, maintainable, performant, and reliable software systems.
- Design and implement verification solutions in collaboration with Technical Leads.
- Own technical solutions and their hands-on delivery from development through production.
- Act as a point of escalation for the team during and outside office hours.
- Lead a small team of developers through solution design and development.
- Apply governance to solution design and set standards for code quality and delivery.
- Estimate work, produce solution documents, and ensure effort is accurately represented and delivered.
- Mentor and coach team members while distributing technical knowledge.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and understand the technical structure, domain, and architecture of supported systems.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .NET, Golang, and TypeScript, with similar or alternative technologies also considered.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Experience with high-availability, multi-browser-compatible development.
- Experience working with high-availability, multi-user, and service-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience and ability to mentor and coach staff.
- Good technical documentation skills and high standards of work and attention to detail.
