Responsibilities

Build and ship mobile features across iOS and Android using React Native and TypeScript.
Create high-performance mobile interfaces for complex financial workflows.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver complete experiences.
Contribute to mobile architecture decisions and establish scalable patterns.
Build reusable mobile components and improve mobile infrastructure.
Mentor other engineers on mobile best practices and React Native development.
Participate in code reviews and drive technical excellence across the team.
Take ownership of significant mobile features from design through deployment.
Ensure mobile experiences meet quality standards for advisors and clients.
Contribute to the development of a cutting-edge software manufacturing pipeline.
Rotate onto the Forward Deployed team to work directly with advisors on mobile challenges.

6+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern mobile development practices.
Experience with both iOS and Android platforms.
Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
Experience building complex, data-intensive mobile applications.
Product-focused mindset with excitement about shipping features that solve real user problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects from idea to completion.
Track record of delivering high-quality mobile experiences on schedule.
Experience mentoring other engineers.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
