Responsibilities
- Lead the DevOps team and coordinate operations, development, and testing functions through automation and streamlined integration and deployment processes.
- Design DevOps architecture and frameworks, select tools and platforms, and create deployment models for client project requirements.
- Define and manage IT infrastructure and DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between application code, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Provide DevOps tool support, troubleshoot implementation issues, handle escalations, and perform root cause analysis for major incidents and critical issues.
- Integrate security throughout the DevOps lifecycle to address cyber risk and data privacy.
- Plan team resources, hire and train staff, manage performance, build talent capability, and lead employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill in AI for Cloud App Modernization.
- Experience designing DevOps architecture and frameworks, managing infrastructure, and operating DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with coding and scripting, application onboarding, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident analysis, and customer support.
- Experience leading teams and managing recruitment, training, performance reviews, talent development, and engagement.
