Responsibilities
- Support the engineering team in building reliable and scalable applications.
- Design and build tools that improve scalability and high availability while automating operational processes.
- Develop observability and orchestration tooling for monitoring and managing customer deployments.
- Contribute to disaster recovery, backup, and redundancy tooling and strategy.
- Build tools and processes that improve codebase quality.
- Develop deployment automation and integrations with third-party infrastructure components in customer environments.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Production-ready infrastructure management tooling experience with Python or Golang.
- Familiarity with at least one observability toolset, database, event streaming platform, or container orchestration technology.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Desirable: experience supporting production systems in high-consistency transactional environments.
