Responsibilities

Translate manufacturing and supply chain routines into product requirements and AI decision logic.
Define AI outcomes, decision-quality standards, data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs.
Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility, product readiness, and roadmap development.
Serve as the trusted manufacturing and supply chain advisor to clients, product teams, and AI teams.
Lead deployments, operational data readiness, user validation, workshops, executive sessions, and adoption campaigns.
Drive rollouts from entry-point use cases to enterprise-wide adoption and own time to first active user and time to routine.
Mentor and coach junior team members and represent user needs in product and roadmap discussions.

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
5–7 years of consulting experience focused on manufacturing, supply chain, or operations transformation, or experience in corporate manufacturing leadership roles.
Strong understanding of manufacturing site operations and supply chain decision-making in large enterprises.
Exposure to analytics, performance management, or AI initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain.
Familiarity with data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior, through collaboration with product and data science teams.
Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
Strong communication skills with senior and executive stakeholders and the ability to operate autonomously in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Preferred: experience in tech consulting, solution architecture, product-facing roles, AI-powered or analytics products, enterprise SaaS, mentoring or leading teams, and global or multi-site manufacturing organizations.

Hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in the Madrid, Barcelona, or Munich office.
