Responsibilities
- Translate manufacturing and supply chain routines into product requirements and AI decision logic.
- Define AI outcomes, decision-quality standards, data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs.
- Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility, product readiness, and roadmap development.
- Serve as the trusted manufacturing and supply chain advisor to clients, product teams, and AI teams.
- Lead deployments, operational data readiness, user validation, workshops, executive sessions, and adoption campaigns.
- Drive rollouts from entry-point use cases to enterprise-wide adoption and own time to first active user and time to routine.
- Mentor and coach junior team members and represent user needs in product and roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of consulting experience focused on manufacturing, supply chain, or operations transformation, or experience in corporate manufacturing leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing site operations and supply chain decision-making in large enterprises.
- Exposure to analytics, performance management, or AI initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain.
- Familiarity with data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior, through collaboration with product and data science teams.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
- Strong communication skills with senior and executive stakeholders and the ability to operate autonomously in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Preferred: experience in tech consulting, solution architecture, product-facing roles, AI-powered or analytics products, enterprise SaaS, mentoring or leading teams, and global or multi-site manufacturing organizations.
