Responsibilities
- Design and build robust Java backend services for vehicle turnaround and fleet orchestration workflows.
- Contribute to distributed, event-driven systems operating at branch level and global scale.
- Develop and maintain shared libraries and internal tooling that improve reliability and delivery speed.
- Translate complex business workflows into scalable technical solutions with product, operations, and engineering stakeholders.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude and Cursor in daily development while recognizing their limitations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline through a B.Tech or B.E., or a Master’s degree.
- 7–9 years of hands-on experience in sophisticated engineering environments, including cloud-native application development, scalability problem-solving, and event-driven system design.
- Production-proven experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing or operating distributed systems and microservices architectures at scale.
- Strong understanding of event-driven patterns, pub-sub models, and message brokers such as Apache Kafka.
- Active experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor and Claude, with sound engineering judgment.
