Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent agents that understand, reason over, and orchestrate complex enterprise workflows.
- Build clean, performant, scalable Generative AI applications, LLM-powered solutions, and agentic frameworks primarily using Python.
- Deploy and manage large-scale AI/ML systems in production, particularly within OpenShift environments.
- Apply software engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration and delivery.
- Design data layers optimized for AI/ML and RAG workloads.
- Research new Generative AI models, techniques, and frameworks and contribute to applied engineering and research initiatives.
- Implement responsible AI guardrails and mitigate risks in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Mentor others and deliver measurable business value through iterative development and production deployments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with expert-level Python.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and transformer architectures.
- Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK or comparable agentic frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying and managing large-scale AI/ML systems in production.
- Strong expertise with container technologies, particularly OpenShift.
- Strong understanding of clean code, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience analyzing and programming software applications and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one applications development area, especially Python.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
