Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for strategic pre-sales engagements, including demonstrations and proof-of-concept modeling.
  • Represent Emulate3D as a digital engineering subject matter expert in customer engagements and internal strategy discussions.
  • Lead and contribute to client meetings, pre-sales workshops, and industry events.
  • Deliver consulting microservices, project delivery, personalized training, and custom Emulate3D catalog development to global clients.
  • Support integrations with robot programming environments, PLC software, and CAD platforms.
  • Communicate customer feedback and technical insights to the product team to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Create technical documentation, modeling standards, reference architectures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Typically five or more years of related experience.
  • Experience with Emulate3D or related digital twin and digital engineering tools, especially emulation, controls testing, and virtual commissioning.
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation products, particularly Studio 5000 Logix Designer, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and FactoryTalk Logix Echo.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and write PLC logic.
  • Basic experience with robot simulation software such as FANUC ROBOGUIDE, ABB RobotStudio, Yaskawa Motosim, or Siemens Technomatix Process Simulate.
  • Understanding of robot programming concepts.
  • Basic experience with mechanical CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS, AutoDesk Inventor, or PTC Creo, including 3D CAD concepts.
  • Basic experience or familiarity with electrical CAD software such as EPLAN and the ability to interpret electrical and networking schematics into an electrical model.
  • Basic scripting and programming experience, particularly with object-oriented languages such as C#, including lightweight task-automation or customization scripts.
