Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define business needs, document current applications and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop future-state solution options.
- Perform functional solution design and requirements gathering across ERP, CRM, HCM, and related business applications.
- Support application selection through business requirements, evaluation scorecards, and dashboard presentations.
- Consult with clients on best practices and propose business-value solutions.
- Manage projects and large workstreams, including milestones, budgets, risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
- Configure enterprise business applications based on requirements without performing coding or development.
- Manage defects, change requests, implementation support, and post-go-live support.
- Create user documentation, provide help desk support, and train users.
- Review team deliverables and mentor and develop senior consultants.
- Travel up to 25% as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and eight or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, or a high school diploma/GED and nine or more years of ERP industry experience.
- Eight or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience.
- Five or more years of education or experience with ERP, HCM, or CRM products.
- Experience with one or more ERP, CRM, or HCM solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or related platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with business process analysis, solution design, and process flows.
- Client-facing best-practice consulting experience preferred.
- One or more current business application technology certifications preferred.
- Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience preferred.
