Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to large enterprise customers.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives, contribute to the consulting community, and grow practice expertise.
- Architect technology solutions involving application design, data, integration, security, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that increase business value.
- Manage risks, customer expectations, complex negotiations, project direction, and key program artifacts.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, clients, and third-party partners.
- Contribute to program vision and advise on project strategies involving enabling technologies.
- Build relationships with C-level executives and senior technology leaders, and mentor technical talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core projects.
- Strong application design skills and strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and business-process optimization abilities.
- Strong experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
- Ability to learn new concepts and technologies, communicate with diverse audiences, and influence executives.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
- Preferred: application design and development background, enterprise architecture experience, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications, and experience with Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or regulated industries.
- Preferred: experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Agentforce for Developers.
- Preferred: experience leading a technical team or workstream and defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform.
