Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Design and implement Java/Spring backend applications, services, data models, and database solutions.
- Build modern React-based frontend applications with responsive design and accessibility compliance.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, construction, testing, implementation, deployment, and operational support.
- Implement unit, component, mutation, and integration-oriented testing practices.
- Configure and work with AWS cloud infrastructure, observability tools, and deployment environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, peers, and business users.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality, secure coding, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of extensive software development experience, including hands-on development on complex, large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Strong Java 17+ and Spring experience, including Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, and Spring Batch.
- Experience with RESTful services, data modeling, database design, and relational databases, preferably Oracle.
- Experience with AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, Elastic Load Balancing, EC2, MSK, and RDS.
- Deep experience with React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux and Flux.
- Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tooling experience.
- Experience with Maven or Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, mutation testing, Karate, WireMock, and React Testing Library.
- Experience with logging and metrics tools such as Elastic and Kibana.
- Experience with GitLab or Bitbucket, Jenkins pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift is valued.
- Understanding of secure coding, responsive design, ADA compliance, deployment strategies, cloud technology, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- University degree or equivalent experience; relevant technology or platform certifications are valued.
