Responsibilities
- Develop hardware security modules and AUTOSAR CryptoStacks.
- Implement and support automotive security features including Secure Boot, Secure Flashing, Secure Diagnostics, authentication, authorization, encryption, key management, and intrusion detection.
- Develop and integrate embedded software in C with AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive Platform cybersecurity modules.
- Perform automation, analysis, debugging, vulnerability assessment, static code analysis, secure coding, and basic penetration testing.
- Use Git, Jira, Jenkins, Trace32, and CANTATA for development and testing.
- Resolve security-related issues and integrate cybersecurity features within ECU software.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech qualification.
- Strong hands-on embedded software development experience using C and basic scripting knowledge such as Python.
- Understanding of cryptographic algorithms and security concepts including AES, RSA, ECC, SHA-2, HMAC, PKI, and TLS.
- Working knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive Platform, including CSM, KeyM, SecOC, Crypto Stack, and IDS Manager.
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment, static code analysis, secure coding practices such as MISRA and CERT C, and basic penetration testing.
- Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations including ISO 21434 and UNECE R-155 and R-156.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, embedded software debugging, AUTOSAR architecture, and cybersecurity feature integration is desirable.
