Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate processes.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks while aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows and contribute to scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Apply Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture and cloud computing principles to solution design.
- Troubleshoot applications, support system performance, and contribute to application-support best practices.
- Use monitoring and performance-optimization techniques and clearly document technical processes and solutions.
- Work independently, contribute as a subject-matter expert, participate in team discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
