Base Salary

$140k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end customer value journey in partnership with Celonis Sales Teams.
  • Conduct technical discovery and capability demonstrations during pre-sales expansion cycles.
  • Guide post-sale implementation and ensure agreed value and adoption thresholds are met.
  • Drive enterprise-wide ROI and adoption programs through QBRs, strategic roadmaps, value plans, and executive sponsorship.
  • Help customers independently track, realize, and expand business value through repeatable frameworks and operating models.
  • Serve as an internal and external technical subject matter expert for customer industry domains.
  • Understand customer AI strategies and translate business challenges into Celonis-based AI solutions.
  • Use the Celonis Process Intelligence platform to provide operational context to AI and LLM tools and help deploy intelligent agents.
  • Manage project scope, expectations, timelines, multiple account projects, and partner relationships across the Celonis ecosystem.
  • Present technical whiteboarding sessions, formal readouts, and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, consulting, business process improvement, digital transformation, or customer value realization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft or equivalent technologies such as AWS, including relevant Azure or data engineering certifications or experience.
  • Knowledge of data connections, data objects, data validation, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge and practical use of LLMs, including technologies such as Claude or Copilot, with an understanding of basic prompting and data constructs within prompts.
  • Experience identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, establishing customer operating models, and training users to drive value, renewals, and expansion.
  • Ability to plan and manage project scope, expectations, timelines, and multiple projects across customer accounts.
  • Strong presentation skills for technical whiteboarding sessions, formal readouts, and demonstrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of business processes such as supply chain or finance and the ability to translate business needs into AI use cases is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python and common ML libraries such as LangChain, pandas, sklearn, and PyTorch is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic systems with LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, evaluations, and guardrails is preferred.
