Responsibilities
- Drive the full customer lifecycle, leading technical discovery and capability demonstrations.
- Guide implementation post-sale to ensure value and adoption thresholds are met.
- Own enterprise-wide ROI and adoption programs, enhancing customer autonomy.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for your customer industry domain.
- Understand customer AI strategies and translate requirements into innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or consulting functions.
- Strong technical skills with certifications in relevant technologies like Azure or AWS.
- Expertise in value-driven selling and identifying use cases for improvement.
- Project management skills to plan and manage multiple projects across accounts.
- Strong presentation skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
