Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Use customer analytics, usage metrics, and industry best practices to recommend actions that improve platform adoption, operational performance, and return on investment.
- Architect and present solutions addressing customer business challenges and lead tailored product demonstrations.
- Advise customers on technical needs and escalations, platform capabilities, service offerings, roadmaps, and feature releases.
- Coordinate internal and external cross-functional technical resources to resolve customer needs and achieve account goals.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and other departments on time-sensitive customer projects.
- Support and mentor team members and help refine customer engagement processes and standards.
- Travel domestically up to 10% for on-site customer consultations and industry events.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of direct experience in the construction sector.
- Understanding of construction workflows and sectors, including bidding, Requests for Information (RFIs), and scheduling.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Customer Success, Technical Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting.
- Strong written, verbal, virtual presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements and data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to learn platform architectures and cloud capabilities and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and other internal departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science, or equivalent education level or experience.
- Relevant backgrounds may include Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Controller, Project Engineer, or Estimator.

- Remote position within the United States for candidates residing in the CST, PST, or MST time zones.
- Up to 10% domestic travel is required for customer consultations and industry events.
- May be eligible for equity compensation and/or bonus incentive compensation.
- Base pay range is $67,840.00–$93,280.00 annually, with an on-target earnings range of $84,800.00–$116,600.00 annually.
