Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop and enhance Workday solutions, including data mapping, conversions, integration, and transformation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to gather requirements and make technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while improving application performance and user experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Manage and support team performance, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to team decisions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions and Workday US Time Tracking.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with data integration and transformation processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
- 15 years of full-time education.
