Base Salary
$171k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and executing key opportunities across the company.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architectural layers.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to influence end-to-end solutions.
- Design and implement durable, robust, scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performing software solutions.
- Build and apply AI-native applications to real-world customer problems.
- Evaluate AI solutions using tools that validate and measure accuracy, while understanding AI models and their limitations.
- Contribute outside the primary area of ownership and mentor and influence technical and non-technical partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 4+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies and tools to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, and Kotlin.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, and Express with Node.js.
- Experience with AI technologies and tools such as SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, and Python.
- Prior experience in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP.
- At least one year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex technical environments and with global teams across time zones.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to make independent decisions.
