Base Salary
$130k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate a full-stack platform embedded in workflows for training, validating, and deploying the AI Pilot.
- Design composable UI architecture for widgets, dashboards, commands, and shared resource context.
- Define typed, versioned contracts between Forge and independently developed applications.
- Create workflows to package, publish, configure, install, upgrade, and disable applications.
- Enable AI experiences and external agent harnesses to understand context, invoke authorized tools, navigate applications, and compose dashboards.
- Ensure consistent application behavior across local-development and remote-cluster environments.
- Partner with simulation, autonomy, and ML experts to build and validate applications against real workflows.
- Collaborate across infrastructure, security, product, and design on platform architecture and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Own production full-stack applications through design, implementation, rollout, and support.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with TypeScript and React or an equivalent modern web stack.
- Build production backend services with Go, Python, Rust, or a comparable language.
- Design typed, versioned APIs and contracts between independently deployed components.
- Understand web and distributed-system architecture, including state management, routing, asynchronous communication, browser security, authentication, authorization, and failure handling.
- Build technical tools for engineers and test them at unit, integration, and system levels.
- Use sound judgment when extending systems, introducing abstractions, or keeping solutions small.
- Communicate clearly and work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and product disciplines.
