Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Provide application support by investigating issues, analyzing system performance, and troubleshooting software-related problems.
- Monitor applications and perform performance tuning to support reliable operation of critical business systems.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in team discussions, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement, including the responsible and scalable application of generative and agentic AI.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in Google Cloud Development Services.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Strong grasp of generative and agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
