Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Monitor applications, analyze system performance, and perform performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot software issues and participate in incident management activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of application support processes.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex application issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
