Lead Network DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying network automation products.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes and Docker.
- Use Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and CloudFormation for infrastructure as code and automated provisioning.
- Improve observability through monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Diagnose and resolve networking and infrastructure issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Create runbooks and standard operating procedures, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and implement incident-prevention measures.
- Collaborate with software engineers, SREs, security teams, and operations teams to improve reliability and deployment practices.
- Contribute to automated incident response, intelligent triage, self-healing capabilities, and AI-driven automation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
- Solid understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and troubleshoot production issues effectively.
- Preferred experience designing agentic workflows or AI-driven automation.
- Preferred familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, prompt engineering, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, RAG patterns, and vector databases.
- Preferred experience with network automation tooling, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or the ELK stack.
- Cloud or Kubernetes certifications and experience with Agile/Scrum or regulated industries are preferred.
