Lead Network DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for network automation products.
- Use Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and CloudFormation to provision and manage infrastructure as code.
- Manage and optimize cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes and Docker.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Diagnose and resolve networking and infrastructure issues, contribute to runbooks and SOPs, and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in a 24x7 production on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with software engineering, SRE, security, architecture, and operations teams.
- Advance automated incident response, intelligent triage, and self-healing capabilities.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
- Understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or similar.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with agentic workflows, AI-driven automation, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, RAG patterns, vector databases, network automation tooling, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or the ELK stack.
- Cloud or Kubernetes certifications and experience in Agile/Scrum or regulated industries are preferred.
