Responsibilities
- Analyse customer business processes and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications within established frameworks.
- Develop and configure customised ERP modules and integrations.
- Support testing and validation of customised solutions.
- Explain technical practices and procedures to internal and external stakeholders.
- Check systems and processes and recommend improvements.
- Resolve routine technical problems and escalate complex issues.
- Provide informal mentorship and day-to-day support to less experienced team members.
Requirements
- Experience in ERP customisation, application development, or system integrations.
- Practical knowledge of ERP modules, business workflows, and technical configuration.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks within established frameworks.
- Clear communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to identify and propose development process improvements.
- Education and experience in software development, information systems, or a related field.
