Base Salary

$83k - $222k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Support the Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Design and implement end-to-end integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems including Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Configure, customize, and develop Varicent applications, including calculations, workflows, incentives, rules, and compensation plan components.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, functional design, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect resolution, and production incident troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, integration specifications, technical documentation, test plans, and operational support procedures.
  • Build and maintain complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
  • Monitor platform health, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain platform governance, security administration, access controls, and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the Varicent vendor on releases, functionality changes, enhancements, and business-impact communications.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, establish delivery timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence through code reviews and technical standards.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with the Varicent SPM platform, including calculations, workflows, configuration, and business processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience building and debugging Varicent solutions and working with complex reports and configurations.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR technology, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
  • At least 4 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
  • At least 4 years of experience with organizational, analytical, time-management, and problem-solving responsibilities and stakeholder relationships.
  • At least 3 years of experience resolving defects with SaaS vendors and optimizing business processes with business partners.
  • At least 3 years of experience working effectively in team environments while managing multiple tasks and communicating clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience supporting HR and Compensation systems for large organizations, project management, change management, and communications.
