Base Salary
$230k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software supporting capital raising, fund accounting, investor reporting, and compliance workflows.
- Lead projects through the full product lifecycle from proof of concept through execution and delivery.
- Architect backend services, enhance user interfaces, integrate third-party APIs, and promote code quality, testing, and DevOps automation.
- Design companywide ephemeral branch preview environments for scalable development, parallel agentic workflow validation, and end-to-end feature testing.
- Re-architect the core allocation framework to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Model complex customer workflows and design data models that abstract financial systems.
- Perform SOC-2-compliant financial data processing.
- Implement internet and cloud networking, network isolation, and private cloud infrastructure design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related field.
- Five years of experience in the offered position or a related position.
- Experience developing software focused on financial services.
- Experience designing data models that abstract financial systems and performing SOC-2-compliant financial data processing.
- Experience utilizing Terraform, Docker, PostgreSQL, and LangChain.
- Experience implementing internet and cloud networking, including network isolation and private cloud infrastructure design.
- Experience leading projects through the full product lifecycle from proof of concept to execution and delivery.
