Base Salary
$126k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop or use automation tools and scripts to improve product and engineering health.
- Create test plans and conduct test plan reviews with engineers across one or more teams.
- Define test frameworks, test preconditions, and test control and reporting functions.
- Improve existing test infrastructure or create new infrastructure for test development, scheduling, and deployment.
- Participate in product design reviews to contribute to product design, testability, and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
- Preferred: master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: three years of experience in specialized testing, such as production testing or system integration testing.
- Preferred: one year of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
