Responsibilities
- Lead technical conversations during sales cycles, design customer-aligned solutions, and remove technical blockers.
- Write customer-specific integrations, proof-of-concepts, and implementation code, with some work becoming part of the product.
- Contribute field-informed ideas to the Opal product and roadmap and help engineering prioritize revenue-impacting work.
- Drive customer implementations from kickoff to production and troubleshoot issues in customer environments.
- Surface and document customer patterns and help technical stakeholders become advocates for Opal.
Requirements
- Enjoy working directly with customers and leading technical conversations.
- Write production-quality code across the stack and build integrations, proof-of-concepts, and implementations.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Work independently, identify customer problems, and implement pragmatic solutions.
- Debug environments and technologies such as Terraform modules and Slack integrations.
- Communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders, including CISOs and sales leaders.
