Responsibilities
- Lead technical conversations in sales cycles and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Write code for customer-specific integrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Contribute ideas to the Opal product and help scale solutions for all customers.
- Drive implementations from kickoff to production and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Document customer insights to influence the product roadmap and prioritize engineering efforts.

- Ability to write production-quality code across the stack.
- Adaptability to handle diverse tasks and challenges.
- Self-motivated and proactive in solving customer problems.
- Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
