Base Salary
$160k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance software systems.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable application code using the specified development technologies.
- Mentor engineers and support their technical and career development.
- Ensure adherence to code review, application security, testing, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, product owners, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.
- Integrate AI tools into the development lifecycle, including automated code generation, predictive analytics for project planning, and intelligent testing frameworks.
- Gather healthcare-industry requirements and prepare requirement specification documents.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
- Ensure alignment between engineering and product teams on feature development, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of related progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in software development/engineering or systems analysis.
- At least 60 months of experience designing and delivering scalable software solutions with C#, .NET Core, Angular 15+, JavaScript, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- At least 60 months of experience with CI/CD pipelines, application security, code review standards, and testing best practices.
- At least 60 months of experience implementing object-oriented programming concepts in applications.
- At least 60 months of experience with architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience may be gained concurrently.
