Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales with decision-makers through demos and proofs of concept to influence solution design and enable production deployments.
- Lead hands-on hackathons, code-with sessions, MVPs, and architecture workshops involving Microsoft developer tools and cloud platforms.
- Build relationships with developers and platform leads while co-designing secure, scalable application architectures and solutions.
- Resolve technical blockers and objections and collaborate with engineering teams to share customer insights and improve products.
- Maintain expertise in AI Foundry, Agentic AI frameworks, Semantic Kernel, Foundry SDK, Responsible AI, cloud-native application architecture, and AI management and security.
- Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in full-stack application architecture, application modernization, and cloud-native development, including APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven systems, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Proven expertise in AI and ML models and technologies, including Agentic AI frameworks, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Foundry SDK, Responsible AI, fine-tuning, and inferencing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical engagements such as hackathons, proofs of concept, and MVPs that deliver production-scale outcomes.
- Preferred experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery.
- Preferred understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and technology management.
- Preferred proficiency with Agentic frameworks and AI management and security technologies such as Gen AI Ops, Sentinel, Responsible AI, orchestrators, and monitoring.
- Preferred experience with GitHub, Copilot Studio, Visual Studio Code, Jupyter, PyCharm, Node.js, Python, Java, C#, C++, or AI-assisted development tools.
- Fluent English and Italian are preferred.
