Base Salary
$240k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build MVPs and rapidly evolve prototypes into cohesive mission applications.
- Scale existing applications by adding workflows, improving performance, and addressing customer pain points.
- Develop high-performance, visually appealing, responsive frontend features for complex use cases.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing, integrating, and deploying cohesive software systems.
- Collaborate with military and government customers to understand requirements and translate them into software features.
- Deploy, test, and triage software at secure operational and customer integration sites.
- Manage customer relationships while leading engineering teams and ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. security clearance are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least eight years of work experience are required.
- Experience deploying software for Department of Defense or intelligence-community missions is required.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-impact work and leading software teams is required.
- Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Python is required.
- Experience creating user-centric interfaces and optimizing rendering of large datasets and responsive interfaces is required.
- Ability to adopt new languages, libraries, and technologies and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences is required.
- An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, an advanced technical degree, and relevant U.S. military experience are preferred.
