Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Break down mission use cases and user-defined problems, build MVPs, and rapidly evolve prototypes into cohesive applications.
- Develop high-performance, visually appealing frontend solutions that remain responsive and intuitive under heavy loads.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing, building, deploying, and integrating software systems.
- Collaborate with military and government end-users to translate requirements into software features using product discovery practices.
- Deploy, test, and triage software at customer integration sites in secure operational environments.
- Manage customer relationships while leading engineering teams and ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with at least 7 years of work experience; equivalent experience is considered.
- Experience deploying software for Department of Defense or intelligence community missions.
- Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience with performance-focused techniques for rendering large datasets and building responsive interfaces.
- Ability to learn and adopt new languages, libraries, and technologies.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, plus the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
