Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee mission-critical software initiatives supporting DCSA.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of secure applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript.
- Develop and optimize Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database solutions.
- Build, support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving AWS GovCloud solutions and system integrations.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps teams to deliver software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, unit and integration testing, and debugging to meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation covering system architecture, software design, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, DoW policies, and security requirements.
- Prepare executive-level briefings, status reports, and performance updates for government stakeholders and corporate leadership.
- Build effective partnerships with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- At least 8 years of experience supporting the full Software Development Lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment of secure enterprise-level applications.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Preferred 2 years of experience working with DCSA.
- Preferred 5 years of experience working on or around AWS cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Java or Kotlin and TypeScript, object-oriented design principles, and modern development frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing and optimization and data integrity practices.
- Experience supporting applications in AWS GovCloud or other secure cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organization, and research skills.
Benefits
- Remote position within the United States; access from foreign locations and foreign IP addresses is blocked, and personal VPN connections are prohibited.
- May require travel once per quarter to an office or client site.
- Core work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with flexibility to start earlier or work later based on time zone.
- The position is contingent upon a contract award and interviews and offers are being conducted in anticipation of that award.
