Base Salary

$98k - $174k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build end-to-end features across user interfaces, backend services, data, and actions.
  • Develop scalable backend services, APIs, user-facing web applications, agent tools, workflow engines, and automation platforms.
  • Contribute to AI-powered capabilities including agent orchestration, MCP layers and workflows, and intent-to-action systems.
  • Write high-quality, well-tested code across the frontend and backend stack.
  • Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and operational practices.
  • Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations and collaborate with Product, SRE, and cross-functional teams.
  • Review code, write design documents, reduce technical debt, and drive operational improvements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead small workstreams.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–8 years of full-stack software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with experience building APIs and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging systems and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
  • Experience building responsive, performant web applications and understanding API integration and asynchronous UI patterns.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and strong unit, integration, and frontend testing practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development concepts such as LLMs, prompts, and agent workflows.
  • Preferred experience with customer support or workflow systems, state management, observability tools, OAuth2/OIDC, secure application design, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and tool or agent integration patterns.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Benefits

  • Base pay is listed at $98,000–$173,600, with potential bonus, restricted stock units, medical and financial benefits, 401(k) eligibility, PTO, and parental leave.
  • Remote roles are not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship.
  • Employees are hired in an at-will position.
