Responsibilities
- Design and enhance software systems, including future system architectures and improved processes.
- Develop and maintain database-driven applications, relational databases, stored procedures, ETL pipelines, application services, and user interfaces.
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues while delivering software enhancements and new features.
- Translate business and engineering requirements into technical designs, implementations, and documentation.
- Author design and test artifacts, perform root-cause and performance analysis, and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of related experience.
- Comprehensive mastery of software engineering principles as a fully qualified, journey-level professional.
- Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical problems using advanced analytical, creative, and judgment-based approaches.
- Ability to design and adapt software solutions from limited information and recommend alternative technical paths.
- Proficiency with modern development tools and practices, including source control, CI/CD, and iterative methodologies.
- Preferred experience developing full-stack applications across relational databases, APIs/services, and web-based user interfaces.
- Preferred exposure to AI-assisted development tools and integration of AI-based services.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
