Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical owner for complex customer engagements in Japan.
- Design and implement migrations, integrations, and AI workflows.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams.
- Document runbooks for repeatable processes and product feedback.
- Establish stable AI-in-production patterns for reuse across customers.
- Improve reliability and documentation for scalable service delivery.
Requirements
- Hands-on, customer-facing engineering experience.
- Fluency in at least one programming language such as TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Practical experience with APIs and data integrations.
- Strong technical judgment and design for governance and observability.
- High agency and ability to learn quickly.
