Responsibilities
- Design and prototype AI-native agents, workflows, and system integrations based on client requirements.
- Implement and deliver production-quality AI solutions using model APIs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, memory, caching, and tools.
- Fine-tune models with LoRA for industry-specific use cases and optimize prompt chains, latency, throughput, and cost.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails using LLM-as-a-judge and human-in-the-loop approaches.
- Evaluate models across common tasks and communicate tradeoffs for go-to-market decisions.
- Collaborate with product and algorithm research teams to feed customer and field signals into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of related work experience in an AI-native industry, preferably as a solutions architect, product solutions professional, or forward deployed engineer.
- Deep understanding of AI solutions on public cloud and industry applications such as e-commerce, social and entertainment, and FinTech.
- Knowledge of agentic AI design paradigms including ReAct, Plan and Execute, Multi-Agent, and Skills.
- Practical AI infrastructure knowledge, including GPU selection and model inference acceleration frameworks such as vLLM and sglang.
- High fluency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience working with large DNB and internet application clients, including products with more than 1 million monthly active users.
- Preferred ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with independence, initiative, teamwork, attention to detail, and goal ownership.
