Responsibilities

  • Lead technical pre-sales engagements with CISOs, SOC managers, security architects, and enterprise accounts.
  • Architect and demonstrate TDIR, data platform, SIEM/SOAR, agentic AI, and automated security workflows.
  • Deliver architectural whiteboards, product demonstrations, and technical Proofs of Value.
  • Position Cisco and Splunk security architectures alongside observability, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and multi-cloud solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Product Specialists, Customer Success, channel partners, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Relay customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and market trends to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of technical sales or solutions engineering experience; alternatively, a master's degree with 6+ years or a PhD or equivalent experience with 3+ years.
  • Validated pre-sales experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
  • Applied foundation in Security Operations, SOC, SIEM architecture, and detection engineering.
  • Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk SOAR, or equivalent enterprise SIEM/SOAR platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, TDIR lifecycles, agentic AI workflows, API orchestration, LLM/GenAI integrations, and security automation is preferred.
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or OpenTelemetry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with SPL, Python, SQL, or regex for data onboarding and normalization is preferred.
  • Strong executive presentation skills and business proficiency in Korean and English are required; relevant Splunk, CISSP, or cloud certifications are a plus.
