Responsibilities
- Drive technical discovery and design solutions aligned with prospect objectives and requirements.
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and technical briefings.
- Advise security leaders on best practices for using Censys Search and Exposure Management products.
- Help prospects deploy, test, troubleshoot, and validate Censys-supported integrations.
- Analyze Censys solutions against incumbent and competitive offerings.
- Maintain current technical and functional knowledge of Censys products.
- Advocate for customers by influencing product roadmap and improvements.
- Partner with Sales on multi-stakeholder deal cycles and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Support post-purchase onboarding, ticket management, ongoing customer communications, and feedback collection.
Requirements
- Bilingual Korean and conversational English communication skills.
- Technical and consulting services background capable of assessing prospect needs and providing value.
- Customer-oriented, curious, adaptable, and comfortable working with security practitioners.
- Comprehensive understanding of security operations centers and AI is highly desirable.
