Responsibilities
- Design and research architectures for Live Streaming, Video-on-Demand, Real-Time Communications, CDN, and edge security solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of video and edge cloud solutions and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Coordinate pipeline building, project delivery, user demands, and cross-departmental resources.
- Develop operational strategies and processes to improve commercialization and resource utilization.
- Use monitoring data and operational metrics to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and development teams to facilitate customer conversion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video and edge cloud services, including Live Streaming, Video-on-Demand, Real-Time Communications, CDN, or edge security, with understanding of AI impacts on these services.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to articulate commercial and technical solutions to international clients.
- Proven project management experience, including managing user demands and coordinating complex cross-departmental projects.
- Familiarity with global market demands and AI-related industry developments.
- Deep understanding of video and edge cloud industry and technology trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, development, and other teams.
