Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Improve automation frameworks and build reusable libraries across technology stacks and business lines.
- Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, usage cases, technical specifications, and automation backlogs.
- Track test coverage, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, risks, deployment issues, and quality metrics.
- Develop automated validation processes and tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with development teams on testing, continuous deployment practices, and automation strategies.
- Work with clients, users, business subject matter experts, testers, and support personnel to resolve system issues.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debugging data, performance reviews, and project work according to Wipro guidelines.
- Perform backend and database programming for key projects and maintain awareness of industry standards.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce QA Automation.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing and executing automated testing tools and processes.
- Ability to develop test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to perform backend and database programming for key projects.
- Ability to document code and automation processes and follow established design patterns and quality standards.
