Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, distributed backend solutions for the SaaS platform.
Architect and deliver complex systems focused on accessibility compliance and platform scalability.
Develop and maintain microservices and cloud-native applications.
Plan, execute, and support large-scale software delivery pipelines.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize service performance.
Research, evaluate, and integrate modern technologies into the backend ecosystem.
Contribute to architecture evolution, technical strategy, infrastructure decisions, and SaaS architecture.
Improve the reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability of distributed systems.
Use AI-assisted development practices and tools throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best-practices initiatives.

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, including at least 1 year of extensive AI SDLC experience.
Strong backend development experience in at least two programming languages, with Golang listed as primary and Kotlin or other JVM-based languages also considered.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools.
Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, including serverless and container-based deployments.
Some experience with Elasticsearch and BigQuery, plus familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and multiple data stores and services.
Proficiency with at least one messaging or streaming system such as Kafka, Flink, Spark, Pub/Sub, or RabbitMQ.
Knowledge of high-scale stream and batch processing systems, including Flink, Spark, and Kafka.
Strong background in microservices architecture, distributed systems, serverless solutions, and highly scalable systems.
Familiarity with production monitoring, performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with ClickHouse, full-stack or front-end development experience, accessibility or compliance-product experience, and experience with AI-enabled SaaS platforms.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, proactive working, learning, and team-oriented skills.
