Responsibilities
- Build technical learning materials including code walkthroughs, tutorials, labs, workshops, reference implementations, and instructor-led training.
- Create demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Cursor.
- Lead large-format workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering organizations.
- Act as the technical translation layer between Product and field teams, including Field Engineers, ADMs, and Solutions Architects.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Go-to-Market teams on educational framing and adoption paths for new capabilities.
- Contribute technical guides, patterns, and best practices to Cursor’s public technical content.
- Design learning experiences for developers and non-technical users, including in-product learning, interactive experiences, live teaching, and AI-native tutorials.
- Bring customer and field feedback to Product and Engineering and measure adoption and fluency outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Consulting, technical enablement, or software engineering at a developer tools or platform company.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, modern engineering organizations, and AI coding tools.
- Active power user of AI coding tools with a deeply customized developer workflow.
- Ability to build high-signal demos, integrations, and prototypes that communicate product capabilities.
- Experience delivering large, high-impact workshops or technical training to engineering teams.
- Experience building enablement infrastructure such as demo environments, content-freshness automation, and self-service tooling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts and supporting strategic customer decisions.
- Interest in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces, experimentation, customer success, and operational excellence.
- Builder mindset, high agency, and willingness to experiment with new educational formats.
