Responsibilities
- Refine, improve, and implement platform features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with team members to shape and guide projects at every level.
- Foster continuous improvement and learning by taking initiative to improve development practices.
- Act as a reliable sparring partner for the engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- Extensive experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Extensive experience with Python testing frameworks such as Pytest.
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and S3 is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with modern frontend development, preferably React, is a nice-to-have.
